- I graduated from college (Go Cyclones!!!)
- I got my first car (and 2nd and 3rd!)
- I moved to Kansas City. Then to Indianapolis. Then back to Kansas City.
- I got my first job and my first apartment alone!
- I met and married my sweet Jeff!
- I ran the Chicago Marathon.
- I bought my first house (with Jeff!) (And our 2nd house too)
- I watched my brother and Dad get married in the same year!
- I got my first dog (while not with my family) - Isabel!
- I said goodbye to our sweet dog, Gabe.
- I discovered scrapbooking and became addicted!
- I got my Master's Degree.
- I taught Spanish for 8 years.
- I gave birth to my beautiful daughter, Kennedy.
- I had a stroke, learned I had 2 major health issues, then had 4 surgeries.
- I took trips to Estes Park, CO, Disney World, San Francisco, Mexico, Myrtle Beach, Branson, , Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, South Dakota (Mt Rushmore & The Badlands), CHA in Florida, New York City.
- I watched my Dad battle Leukemia and recover from 3 strokes.
- I watched my Mom and Grandmother deal with kidney failure.
- I buried by second child, my son Sam.
- I was born again and thank God daily for the blessings he has given me.
I know sooo much more has happened over the last 10yrs. But these really stand out to me. I can't wait to see what the next decade brings!!!!
